I have been working at MedMark Services full-time (more than a year)

Pros

The company is aggressively growing.

The pay is average and the benefits a bit above par.

Big company (600 employees) but small feeling (each location about 20 associates)

Cons

Extremely high turnover at all levels. There are too few good managers.

Holiday & PTO inconsistent depending on location.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in finding the best talent/employees instead of constantly re-hiring the same positions. Recognize the growing pains and make organizational changes--both on resources and technology.

    I have been working at MedMark Services full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    The company is organized to help people recover from opiate addictions and to help veterans get great health care. Everyone cares about our patients and works very hard to deliver high quality care and with a smile. Everyone seems to go the extra mile to help people when needed.

    Cons

    Sometimes you just cant pay people enough to compensate for all they give to other people. I know the company tries to be more than competitive . The work is hard and the patients require a lot of the employees time and energy.

    Keep savings peoples lives. Keep appreciating your employees.

    Company operates off a small handful of people controling information they don't even comprehend...

    I have been working at MedMark Services full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Early work hours for field employees. Generous PTO accrual. Contributing greatly to harm reduction.

    Cons

    Little to no on the job training. Controling and secretive culture. The MVVP is not translated to the average employee. Lack of integrity high up. Average raise 2%. Instead of developing people they will push you out the door with well documented performance issues that everyone in the company has do to poor leadership and unclear direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The message you send as a whole to counseling and mid-level managment is keep the census above plan and get units. Talk of how we can best serve our clients and develope in our jobs is rare.
