    Pros

Lots of opportunities for those who take the initiative.

    Cons

Hierachary abounds....very slow in decision making

I have been working at MedStar Health full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits and they are affordable. Amount of vacation time is good too (although actually taking a vacation is frowned upon due to work loads)

    Cons

Not a good work/life balance for corporate employees. Raises are terrible, the past 2 years we received 1.25%. You are expected to work through your lunch and past 5:00 in order to keep up with your workload.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more staff and stop promoting, doing more with less people. Start giving better raises or you will start to see employee turnover rise.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
