Pros- Gives a good career path. MedStar has a large network within the Balt/DC area.

Cons- Benefits are average, and advanced education support is limited.

    Do more with less

    I have been working at MedStar Health full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros: Good benefits and they are affordable. Amount of vacation time is good… Cons: Not a good work/life balance for corporate employees. Raises are terrible, the past 2 years we received 1.25%.… Advice to Senior Management: Hire more staff and stop promoting, doing more with less people. Start… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
