Former Employee – worked at MedVentive

Pros – Your schedule can be pretty flexibile depending on your manager, this is not a daily timecard kind of place.
The majority of the company are nice, helpful smart people.
Salaries are above average.

Cons – It depends on which manager you work for.. if you are liked, included or appreciated.
Certain managers are great, others not so much..
No consistant communication on daily workflows, changes or even whats happening in the company.
For a software company, I was surprised at how much was always "broken", lack of equipment ( I brought my own basics) and I never talked to a long term client that was happy.
There is constant talk about the company being sold/bought.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't wait for people to leave to understand the obvious
