Pros

Medco Health has been a great company to work. I have been given opportunities over the years that other companies may not have given me. At Medco, it appears hard work does pay off and if you excel in your position you will likely be recognized and promoted if that is your goal. Medco offers lots of different job opportunities so you can enrich yourself in different positions.

Cons

Medco has an endless supply of hard working dedicated employees however I feel sometimes it is forgotten we are people. A lot of employees lack balance in work/life and are sometimes expected to put in many many hours over the standard 40. Although I feel I am paid fairly and know I do a good job and it reflects in my review and pay, I feel that providing feedback to employees regularly is definitely lacking. We don't make it a priority to pass on good news/praise a job well done.

Advice to Senior Management

Acknowledging employees hard work, dedication and efforts costs nothing but is worth its weight in gold.
