Pros

Flexible work schedule - Work at home opportunities - Casual work environment. Fairly good working conditions, nice and reasonably priced cafeteria.

Cons

In my area there is limited opportunity for career advancement, not true in general for the co. Could provide better mentoring programs for entry level employees. The organizational structure is somewhat confusing due to rapid growth. Not always clear who has responsibility for a particular function. There is a very minimal amount of training so you end up learning by bugging a co worker or by the seat of your pants. Parking is a problem if you work a flexible schedule you can end up walking 1/2 mile from your parking space to your desk.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work! Be open to input from all levels of the company. Provide greater transparancy in salary structure.
