Cons

1) Executive managment puts a lot of stock in organizational development and has a manadatory curriculum based by job title. While this sounds cutting edge, the programs are based on archaic training and development methodologies. 2) Compliance with HIPPA and SOX has led this company to enforce strict security controls on every aspect of work life that is potentially auditable. These controls are so severe they impede protectivity on a daily basis.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more attention to the average employee and less time sending your VP's on expensive leadership training programs.
