Pros

Very challenging position to initially enter into Medco Health Solutions. The corporate culture promotes excellence in each position of which I've been able to personally witness. Hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed and upper management supports advancement from within. I believe I have been offered excellent opportunity to design and direct my career by joining the ranks with Medco.

Cons

The job is very stressful, with multiple challenges on timing of necessary tasks. The nature of working in a call center requires mastery of time management skills, but that is a good thing!

Advice to Senior Management

The recent addition of the S.W.A.T. Team to troubleshoot recurring customer service issues from the "front lines" up is a great innovation! Looking forward to making contributions to the S.W.A.T. effort!
