Pros

The only good reason to work at Medco is that sick time is rolled into vacation time, so you get almost 3-4 weeks each year you to do with as you like.

Cons

The corporate culture is back stabbing and petty. Sr Management does not offer any upward mobility and the work environment reminded me of the movie Groundhog Day. There is also huge variance in pay for people with the same qualifications doing the same work.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should really take a hard look a compensation among employees of equal qualifications and work as well as compensation as it relates to other companies within the immediate locale.
