Medco Health – “Its a good company but reaching at its burn out rate”

Pros

Good environment, Lot of responsibility if you are willing to take leadership, Heard about good bonus but I did not receive any

Cons

Too much work. Those who work gets lots of work. Some time employee are living day to day work life as competition is cut throat amongst idle employee and worker employee.
Those are free use their time for management eyeballs and those who work keeps working all day and off hours.

Advice to Senior Management

Its better to align workload between employee. Its tough but can be done.
