Current Employee – been working at Medela

Pros – The work isn't too bad. While it is frustrating trying to learn and keep up at the start, you get a lot quicker after the first week. Some of the jobs are real easy. Production room is ac controlled.

Cons – Stuffing things into boxes all day will cut your hands and arms up pretty bad. The 10 hour days are very tiring. The experienced employees are ridiculously fast, you get yelled at for holding up the line.

Advice to Senior Management – Management is okay. The product is good, I know a lot of people that use Medela pumps. The clean room manager fires people frequently.
