Former Employee – worked at MediaTek

Pros – employees are technically capable people. focussed upper level management. people who wish to work on one specific task a manager gives will enjoy working here.

Cons – One needs a working knowledge of Chinese language to make connections and be effective at this company, else very hard to understand dynamics.

Advice to Senior Management – Management does a great job setting the direction of the company. communication with the employees is some what less effective. Possibly improve on that?
