Too good to be true...

Assistant Vice President (Former Employee) Ponte Vedra Beach, FL

ProsA great salary, in a great field.

ConsA terrible work environment. If you don't agree with the owner, you're out of a job. Intimidation is a common factor. It's like working at "The Firm". He will hold your mortgage, your car note, tell you where to send your kids to school, who to vote for, what church to attend... When you finally have the courage to voice your own opinion, you're out of the company...

Advice to Senior ManagementBring in some real professionals, and enjoy the money you're making. Whatever you do, don't try to run the company, because you're just ruining it.
