Pros

They have been fair when requesting time off for personal/family reasons. For the first year that I worked with them they offered me a promotion and a increase in salary.

Cons

The promtion that was promised to me was not given. I was asked not to look for another job and was informed of a salary position with a markedly increase of pay and was not given one. Management is very disorganized and they do not communicate between themselves and with the employees. At one point they weren't even sure who my supervisor was. Upper management is very negative and adds undo stress to our working environment.

Advice to Senior Management

To inform us of changes and of their exceptations. The micro managing is very frustating due to the fact that the majority of employees work very hard at the enormeous amounts of work that is given us. It is impossible for even the most experienced to handle. Instead of counting the plastic utensils and napkins we use in the lunch room and nagging us about it, they should be rolling up their selves and helping with the workload.
