Benefits, wellness perks, time-off, nice facilities. Management is fairly transparent with their business decisions. Well respected company. Financially conservative company.

Cons

Demographics consist of an older population; younger employees stick-out. After the healthcare reform pay raises are at a bare minimum.

    Pros

    Great pay and benefits. Many community outreach and involvement events where employees can bring their families to participate. Numerous departments and job opportunities within the company.

    Cons

    Often seems that getting these positions comes down to who you know. Lack of important system training in some positions can keep employees from advancing their careers within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your staff. Management is not just managing numbers and reports. It is very important to manage your people. Human resources is not just for the HR department. You must engage yourself with your staff and handle interpersonal issues swiftly. Come out of your offices and say hello. Make your staff feel as though they matter and make a difference.
