Pros

Most of the center level employees are really awesome to work with and there are only about 3-6 people in each location so there isnt a lot of confusion with too many people being around. The program does actually work if people follow it so most of the customers are happy.

Cons

The corporate level is all screwed up, things are constantly changing and hardly ever communicated to center staff, you only find out that things have been changed once you are told that something that used to be right is now wrong. The upper level staff all watch out for each other and will throw a center employee under the bus at any moment to save their own butt!!!

    A horrific experience this Company is complete chaos, constant ridiculous daily changes, incompetent Corporate office.

    Pros

    Very few, they do offer PTO but will work you to the bone, you will have NO quality of life. Medical Benefits are decent but I would rather buy my own insurance.

    Cons

    The Corporate office and upper management are completely out of touch with the daily operations of the centers. The constant changes are ridiculous and make it almost impossible for you to exercise creativity to generate sales. Instead they focus on ridiculous time consuming reports just complete chaos. This was truely the worst working envioronment I have ever worked in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop the chaos and quit offering empty promises to your employees.

    Pros

    - Enjoyed helping people lose weight
    - Made great connects with my clients, which will help with networking in the future.

    Cons

    - Recruiters lie to you about commission, upward mobility potential, weekends you are required to work and holidays during the interview process.
    - Do not have a standard protocol for conducting performance reviews, thus making it impossible to receive a promotion or pay increase.
    - Hours for Center Employees were constantly being expanded on weekends without providing extra staff to help cover those hours or compensation for current employees.
    - Most centers are understaffed requiring extra work for employees as well as limited time off. No balance between life/work.
    - A lot of clients returned programs due to medical problems they had after eating the food.
    - Poor HR

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on retaining talented employees. When your employees leave you lose a large percentage of your client base, which hurts your revenue.
