“Mediterranean shipping company is second largest container shipping company.”

Current Employee – been working at Mediterranean Shipping Company as a contractor for more than 7 years

Pros – second largest shipping company in the world with more than 400 ships sailing all over the world.
provides good salary package and family carriage for senior officers... good for junior officers to get better experience for their bright carreer..

Cons – junior officers gets ship only after waiting for sometime...
less salary for junior officers...
delayed promotions for junior officers...

Advice to Senior Management – have to focus on crew for their satisfaction...
looking for small things in front and loosing big things behind...
