    Pros

A very good place to start as your first job. You'll learn alot and know what it means to have a great work ethic

    Cons

A couple of years ago I would say this is the place to go, but seeing the direction they've gone in the past 6 months I wouldn't recommend it anymore. It's becoming a revolving door as they're overworking people (55+ hours a week is the norm) and paying them very low. You have to get in with the good ole boys club to even think of advancing

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your people better by emphasizing a better work life balance. It's not the end of the world if someone wants to take a Friday off to recharge the batteries from working 55+ hours plus week in and out

    I worked at Medix

    Pros

You will learn how to be a sales person (cold call, build relationships, etc.)
You will find your work ethic (11 hours per day and some weekends)
    Sales bootcamp

    Cons

Micro managed to the point of suffocation - they do not trust that their employees are doing their jobs. Every call, email, contact has to be recorded in the CRM system and discussed in a weekly meeting
Made to feel guilty when requesting time off
You will never receive a raise (unless you become a DBO). Recruiters make 35k and Sales people make 35k - plus commission. That's it. The structure of the organization makes it darn near impossible to break 100k with commission.
    Unpredictable and generally negative leadership
