Former Employee – worked at Medix Staffing Solutions

Pros – You will learn how to be a sales person (cold call, build relationships, etc.)
You will find your work ethic (11 hours per day and some weekends)
Sales bootcamp

Cons – Micro managed to the point of suffocation - they do not trust that their employees are doing their jobs. Every call, email, contact has to be recorded in the CRM system and discussed in a weekly meeting
Made to feel guilty when requesting time off
You will never receive a raise (unless you become a DBO). Recruiters make 35k and Sales people make 35k - plus commission. That's it. The structure of the organization makes it darn near impossible to break 100k with commission.
Unpredictable and generally negative leadership
