Current Employee – been working at Medix Staffing Solutions full-time

Pros – There are 3 reasons why I continue to stay with this company: 1. There is a huge financial opportunity (I'm in my mid 20's and making 6 figures along with having Shares in the company). 2. Its a great learning experience right out of schoool; you get the experience of what it takes to be in a growing organization, and you learn a lot about the "business-world" and how to be a hardworking business professional. 3. The employees are fantastic! Every teammate is driven, passionate, and eager to learn and succeed. You can form great relationships inside and outside of the office.

Cons – You will work alot. Its easy to feel like your work is never done. Make sure you have a personality to do whatever it takes to succeed and help the company succeed. The payoff is fun if you can get yourself to be successful.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep listening to your employees and never settle. I really appreciate that you have implemented Medix Fit, changed the base salary bands, and are working on better training for recruiters and sales people. I do feel like you listen to your employees and try to change for the better, thank you.
