Pros
Broad depth of an innovative product portfolio. Deep pockets for growth potential. High level of professionalism. I think there is a real desire to want to push this company forward, so the potential is certainly in place.
Cons
Too many chiefs at the helm, and an obvious gap in the communications pipeline back down to the real work force.
Inconsistent messages relayed from management to the field from qtr. to qtr. (chasing numbers strategy)
Poor overall morale among the sales force because of uncertainty within market, and therefore a lack of confidence in the senior management. This company seems to be a perfect example of "bigger doesnt always mean better."
Advice to Senior Management
Be upfront , honest, and more consise in your plans. There is entirely too much turnover at the top for anyone to ever feel secure below.
