    Pros

People are smart, innovative, and most really believe in the mission.

    Cons

A lot of mid-level leaders are looking out for themselves and need to have a broader view

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rebuild the talent management system. The current process provides no motivation or recognition for your top performers.

I have been working at Medtronic full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, nice facilities and great access to technology.

    Cons

There is lip service paid to diversity, but some departments fall very short of having any such thing. Women are generally not promoted at the same rate as men even with the same accomplishments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great emphasis on diversity and inclusion in a variety of career paths.
