“Nice people, seems like a friendly place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Meijer part-time for less than a year
Pros – You definitely get hours if you want them.
Entry level pay is pretty good (on the grocery side)
Cons – On the job training was not very effective, I did my online courses and then kinda got thrown into it. I mostly figured it out on my own.
Asked for back brace for lifting, still waiting......
Advice to Senior Management – Don't worry so much about what your boss is going to say. bad news never gets better with age.
