Pros

No one looking over your shoulder. Fresh air. Good exercise during busy days. Very simple work that repeats every day.

Cons

Management treats you like a bottom of the barrel employee. There is no appreciation for your exhaustingly futile efforts to keep the carts out of the lots.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure to stop and say good job to your hard working cart wranglers braving the weather and massive number of carts.
