I have been working at Meijer
Pros – Great Company to work for. Not as good, if you are trying to climb the company ladder. I would still reccomend this company to others.
Cons – No sponsership within the comapny at the store level to push you forward or to advance your career. Better sponsorship by management needed.
Advice to Senior Management – Push your staff to move their careers forward by placing them in situations that would allow them to become successful
