Pros – Good People...Its a shame! People are very talented yet they never get rewarded or even thanked for their work. Good to hang out and drink but not to work with....Drama!

Cons – Unorganized, Place which isolates itself from the Normal Organizations/Companies in the way the do business...

Advice to Senior Management – Try working as a team for once and begin sharing the Fiscal $$$$ (for yearly reaises) which is sent by corporate, instead of cutting everyones pay just so "YOU" could give yourselfe a raises and blow smoke on everyone else.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
