    * For the most part the company hires friendly easy going people
    * decent work life balance

    Cons

    * company lacks leadership and focus, the future looks undertain.
    * too many rounds of layoffs
    * morale is low, people end up being resigned and indifferent
    * poor compensation

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    instead of focuing on branding and distribution, look at how to improve performance and retain employees, otherwise the good ones left are sure to leave.

    Pros

    Great chance to increase your skills, or learn a great deal about the industry

    Cons

    -Increasing your skills and expanding your knowledge base is great, but it's a result of carrying the workload of at least two people
    -Management does not lead, and it's a take only relationship
    -An uncomfortable divide exists between the Pittsburgh and San Francisco locations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    "Re-branding" and "Re-structure" looks great on paper, but constant layoffs looks bad and morale is at a low point. Focus on promoting work/life balance. People are disgruntled and overworked.
