Pros

Salary was fair. People seemed pleasant. Company is committed to diversity.

Cons

Extremely disorganized. No clear vision of the company's future. Random firings for no cause. I wouldn't recommend taking a position here since they terminate people on what appears to be a momentary whim. One person was let go after two days on the job and the explanation was, "It just didn't feel right."

Advice to Management

Get organized. Communicate your expectations more clearly. Create an org chart and job descriptions.

    Pros

Many workers here are nice. Good diversity in age and style of people - nice diverse group. Work hours are awesome. Work load is reasonable. Seemed like a dream come true at first.

    Cons

Upper management is disorganized and insensitive to clients and staff as human beings. Management fires people to hide their own short comings - scapegoat seekers. Poor training. They would probably lose all their clients if their clients knew what they say about them. Management concentrates on issues that are menial and ignores tasks that should be a priority.

    Advice to Management

Let your staff teach you organizational skills and procedure - I think you are burned out on your jobs and need to recognize that if you don't take care of your staff, you promote no loyalty. Learn to prioritize. Stop bashing your clients - it is unprofessional and bites the hand that feeds you. Your staff and clients are human beings and are worth it. Learn to recognize good staff. Good luck with the disable child discrimination lawsuit you may be involved in - I saw it on the news in June of 2015. Work smarter, not harder.

    Pros

Can't think of any, except they put up a really good front during the interview.

    Cons

Pay is sub-standard for that type of work. Employer makes one feel like an outsider, they are terribly disorganized, no real sense of "company" you could be there one day and gone the next, unless you figure it out and leave beforehand which would be the right move. Don't trust them, its a smile in your face and stab you in the back. They will get thrown under the bus at a moments notice and probably not your doing anyways. Play it safe, Just don't apply. Put them on the list of Never work for these folks!!

    Advice to Management

Treat people "right" pay them "right" and if you hire someone don't kick them out in 2-3 days for no good reason and I know this is a right to work state but Please!!
