Pros

Location and the mission of the company.

Cons

Management is very disconnected from it's employees. Pay is horrible. Your input and opinion really don't matter.

    Pros

There are know such pros, when you take a disable person and time that person to see if he is working
up to CONTRACT standard knowing you can reduce his or her pay is not how american treat disable worker.

    Cons

They take the disable and tell them too work as fast as you can ,and if you don't beat the time
we are going to cut your pay.
well melwood when a disable person get's a bill and the mail they don't cut the bill
because they did not beat the time. what you people are doing is playing with the income of
a person that can't understand right from not right .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would sat to the Management what you are doing is not and anyway ( Training ) your playing with
the lives as well as the (Disable worker pride ) but then you and the people that pay you would understand .
