Pros – Excellent benefits and employee motivational programs. Appearance of team cooperation. Fairly good training and excellent phoysical working conditions. Benefits of a larger organization.

Cons – Limited opportunity to shine as an inovator. Top down management not receptive to new ideas. Limited opportunity for quick advancement. Too much politics being played and not an environment to take risks in.

Advice to Senior Management – Allow your employees to help you solve problems. The best solutions are going to come from those who are actively involved with the customers. Build cross functional teams and give them a charter and sit back and enjoy the results. Reward people for taking risks.
