“great starter job”

Current Employee – been working at Memorial Sloan-Kettering

Pros – flexible work week, 4day work week, get benefits, coworkers are supportive of one another.

Cons – long work hours, inconsistency with day to day assignments. no real room to grow

Advice to Senior Management – Please start promoting based on skill.
