Pros: The patient's are what keeps you going; you bond with… Cons: The salary is low for the hours/amount of work, little room for growth, staff tattles on every little thing to get you in trouble, very… Advice to Senior Management: Better pay, don't be so judgmental, listen to your employes on both sides of the fence, organize the schedule better,… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
