Pros

MSKCC has a great mission, and the people who work here truly care about their patients and great cancer research.

Cons

It can be difficult to get things done because of bureaucratic issues. Communication across departments is not smooth at all.

Advice to Management

Listen to employee feedback and follow up on concerns!

    Pros

    You get great retirement benefits

    Cons

No one sits with you inperson when you are planning on retiring. All paperwork is done via email. It is very impersonable. There is no exit interview. No one wants to hear what you have to say.

    Advice to Management

Do all retirement discussions in person face to face, with HR not the persons immediate supervisor. Do exit interviews
