    I worked at Memory Lane

    Pros

Day's off before and after traditional holidays
    Decent co-workers and mid-level managers
    Great location north of downtown
    Good Commuting options

    Cons

WAY to many cooks in the kitchen with very little direction
Unwilling to stick with a strategy long enough to see it through
Business model is unsustainable in the current environment, and senior management is unwilling to make necessary changes to adapt to a changing world
Low moral by employees, with a bloated HR department
Senior management claims to be a group of 'numbers based' decisions maker, but they hide behind the numbers so they don't have to make tough decisions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dump half of your senior managers, especially those that have been there longer than 2 years (they are there because they refuse to make tough decisions).
Stick with a strategy and put all of your resources behind it to actually accomplish something
