Former Employee – worked at Men's Wearhouse part-time for more than a year

Pros – Ability to learn what exactly customers look for as excellent customer service. It is wonderful building strong and valued relationships with customers, knowing they know where to come back when the service is needed.

Cons – Working in a hostile environment where no one is getting along. Sometimes inconsiderate of customers and co-workers, depending on the mood of the individual. If one person wasn't happy and took it out on everyone else, everyone could be in a sour mood.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to what employees have to say sometimes. They might bring new ideas to the table that will benefit their store or any other store.
