Relaxed comfortable setting

Customer Service Associate (CSA) (Current Employee) Oak Lawn, IL

ProsVery family oriented. When you work there, you become best friends with everyone you work with. The interaction with each other is on a constant basis as there is down time. Very lenient on working around your school schedule.

ConsMinimum wage for a Customer service associate. There are times where you work directly with a salesman and times where you sell on your own. In the end you give the salesman your sale and you continue to make minimum wage giving no incentive to try and sell any clothing.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive us some incentive on selling.
