Wolf in sheep's clothing

Assistant Manager II/Retail Sales (Former Employee) Philadelphia, PA

ProsThey overstaff the stores so you don't really have to work hard.

ConsManagers are turned over twice per year. They talk a good game about caring for their employees but at the end of the day they are only out to do the same things other retailers do. Tux Rentals are the worst. It's half of your day and you make NOTHING off of it. Middle management cannot and should not be trusted. Managers dating subordintes, VP hitting on part timers. Pathetic.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop with the hippie, feel good rhetoric. You're a business. Act like one.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
