I have been working at Men's Wearhouse full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Liberal and forgiving workplace that promotes fun. Your performances really do get you recognized.

Cons

A forgiving workplace also means that some people who probably should be fired, don't get fired

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes we all feel like upper management is out of touch with the store-level operations on the daily. Consider having all upper management work in a store for a day or even a week out of the year to keep in touch with those things.
