I worked at Men's Wearhouse part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Fun coworkers. Easy and fast career advancement opportunities. If you can sell, you get GREAT commission.

    Cons

Some high school mentality, although men as equally represented in the mix so less drama than women apparel stores. Career advancement may require butt kissing and good friendship skills because they promote partially based on who likes whom. Salary for a key holder is barely different from the regular sales associate's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only problem I had was with the store manager, but that was personal disliking. On an objective level, the company is pretty good.
