Menard – “Menard's review”

Pros

the pay is higher than most companies pay for similar work. the interview process to obtain a job is very casual and relaxed.

Cons

It can get quite boring doing the same task day in and day out. upper management doest show much respect to those employees that are lower on the pay grade than them.

Advice to Senior Management

Show respect to all levels of employees because you need every employee to do their job properly for the store to run properly.
