Management Trainee (Former Employee)
West Fargo, ND

ProsDecent starting wage and good retail experience.

ConsIt's a dead end unless you want to work a horrible schedule and kiss management ass until they one day fire you for things out of your control.

Advice to Senior ManagementQuit lying about how great of an opportunity it is, and make sure employees know most of their money will come through bonuses

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Menards full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Very flexible on hours. You need a day off, weekend, a week, just ask the manager and he/she will work with you. The pay is… Cons: Full time employment means you MUST have open availability. That means you could pull a noon to eleven shift one day and the very next… Advice to Senior Management: Don't talk to them, don't deal with them, don' form a relationship with them because in the next year or two of them being hired… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
