    Pros

Much better than factory work. Get as many hours as you like, probably more than you would like. Bonuses can get very large if you stick around a few years.

    Cons

Takes years to get to a corporate level within Menard. The company does not do their homework on candidates before inviting them to an interview. If you don't like enjoy working a lot of hours, do not apply to Menard.

    Advice to Management

Please ask your HR representatives to do their homework on future candidates. They should be certain they know what they want in a candidate before allowing them to waste their time applying. It is just rude to invite someone to apply for something then change and say you want something else.
