    -Relocation for promotion

    -Low pay
    -Long hours
-No 401k with Menard contribution (only what you put in)
    -Expensive health insurance
-Strict policies and procedures set forth by the "GO" (General Office)
    -High turnover rates
-Having to purchase own tools, garments, etc.
-Not able to PRD (Payroll deduct) expenses without your badge, cannot use credit/debit cards and still receive 10% off

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Spend more time with your employees and take time to listen to their feedback, questions or concerns
-Customers should be number one but "the people make the place." If you want the company to prosper, raise the pay scale for everyone, do not enforce strict guidelines and procedures with no bearing, and don't be so negative when someone from the GO visits a store.
-Offer constructive criticisms instead of pointing out everything you did wrong, highlight the positives to improve motivation and success for the future.
