I have been working at Menasha
Pros – Pay was good, but be prepared to work 50 hours a week.
Cons – Get to work early, eat lunch at your desk, stay late.
Understaffed in the IT department.
Advice to Senior Management – Lean and mean...is no way to treat your staff.
