Pros

Mentor provides great benefits. The work environment is very casual. The oganization is spread across in many countries, so people are used to working from home, communicating virtually over the phone, email and/or web. Mentor is a Family friendly company. Unlike many other companies, Mentor gives a maximum of 24 days of Flexible Time off in the US. Senior management are open to talk to any of their employees. Many of the people have lunch with Wally Rhines (CEO) & Greg Hinckley (CFO) in the commons Wilsonville.

EDA industry is a stagnant industry; So you can see the affects of that in Mentor.
