Good company, Fairly laid back. Competitive salaries.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Bonus program weak.

    The Benefits are good, there are work from home opportunities, and lots of advancement is available.

    Cons

    The hiring Process moves slowly, working as a temporary employee they try to keep you there for as long as possible.

    I worked at Mercer full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    The development opportunities, both in terms of on the job experience and training and learning are great.
    They are also willing to elp you move sideways into new roles teams, and even countries to help you further your career.

    Cons

    There is a lack of information on the company's plans and direction passed onto employees from senior leadership.
    They are also not willing to empower managers to do what is needed to keep their best employees.
    Quick to emphasize cost containment when the economy turned bad even for groups whose revenues were still strong.
