    I worked at Mercer full-time

    Pros

Flexibility to work remotely, good benefits.

    Cons

Leadership has no vision, so direction is largely short-sighted and on unrealistic timelines. Work/life balance depends entirely on luck of the draw with managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build high-level feedback into your decision-making process. Often key stakeholders are left out of the equation on global initiatives, so easily avoided obstacles are not considered ahead of time.
