    Pros

The people seem to down to earth and friendly but overall management - partners treat everyone who is not a Partner as dispensable.

    Cons

Where do I start. Constant re-shifting, re-organizing, re-structuring and acquisitions. This is how the co. stays profitable - cost cutting and acquisitions. I guess they have a ton of cash on their balance sheet so they acquire new organizations and force "collaboration" at least in the human capital business.

    Advice to Management

You are in the human capital business, at least pretend to care about your employees and not just dispense of them at a drop of a dime.
