Pros

You can do what you want as long as you make money, and as long as you can feed at least five other people.

Cons

The most unethical place I've ever worked. It started at the top and ran throughout the organization. Charging clients for work by junior employees whose rates were sky high is no way to run a business.

Advice to Senior Management

You have to pay attention to what's going on -- and charging clients at all costs is no way to do it. A fish rots from the head first.
