Pros

Great people who are incredibly helpful; you'll learn a lot right off the bat. A lot of responsibility early on.

Cons

Client-focused (could be good or bad), A lot of repetitive work for first few years.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More meritocracy, look to expand into other business areas.
