Cons

Human Capital business in in flux with little direction. Most principals only look only at their slice of the pie. Its very hard to get a cross-disciplinary team to work

Advice to Senior Management

The accounting and management structures are leading to making short term decisions at the expense of long term decisions. The current structure is not encouraging collaboration outside of core groups.
